HOw do I remove Apple Pay from my Wallet app on my iphone 6s plus

To remove cards from Apple Pay on your iPhone, go to: Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay > tap on the card that you want to remove > tap on Remove Card (at the bottom of that screen).
It is not otherwise possible to remove Apple Pay (which is a built-in feature of iOS).
